At the end of this private 1:1 six-week course, you will understand the strategies behind HOW you can think your way toward consistent happiness and a calmer more peaceful mindset. You will work directly with me, setting goals each week, and implementing them with a weekly check-in and coaching session. We will build each week on the previous lessons until you understand all Ten Steps of DirectedThoughts and how to use them to your advantage. Coaching is personalized to help you meet your goals.
In advance of every session, I will send you your reading material for the week. This material also includes mental work and exercises to help you learn how to think about things so that you are not controlled by them. As your coach, I will give you the tools necessary for you to find your own inner peace and happiness.
